The terms and conditions for My Energy Pilot SMS text message alerts are: 

• NB Power will notify you by email and/or SMS text message when a My Energy Pilot event is scheduled. SMS text message alerts will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided to NB Power. 
• To sign up for My Energy Pilot SMS text message alerts, complete the registration form. To manage your subscription, contact the My Energy Pilot team at [email protected] or 1 800-663-6272 and press 5. 
• When you register for My Energy Pilot SMS text message alerts, we will send you a welcome message confirming your opt-in. 
• Maximum of 8 messages per month. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. NB Power does not charge for SMS text message alerts, but message and data rates may apply. 
• If you are registered for My Energy Pilot SMS text message alerts, you will continue to receive notifications about My Energy Pilot events by email. Email will remain the default notification channel. 
• Compatible carriers include: BCE Inc. (including Bell Mobility, PC Mobile, Virgin Plus and Lucky Mobile); Eastlink; Execulink; Fibernetics; Freedom Mobile; Iristel (including ICE Wireless); Rogers (including Chatr and Fido); SaskTel; SSi Canada; Tbaytel; TELUS (including Koodo and Public Mobile); Videotron (including Fizz); and Wightman Telecom. 
• Alerts about My Energy Pilot events sent by SMS text message may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not within range of a transmission site or if sufficient network capacity is unavailable at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the wireless carrier’s control may interfere with delivery, including customer equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage and weather. NB Power and the wireless carrier do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
• You have read the My Energy Pilot Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply, and you understand and accept them. 
• NB Power is subject to the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA). For information about how NB Power collects and uses your personal information, please review the applicable Privacy Notice.
