Concerned about higher-than-expected bills? Information is available here

Due to a planned technical upgrade, our self-serve options will be unavailable from 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 14 until 11:00 p.m. Monday, February 17. You will still be able to report an outage or message us on social media for any questions.

Appliance Meters

Appliance Meter Lending Program

Along with the New Brunswick Public Library Service (NBPLS), we are pleased to offer you appliance energy meters that measure how much energy your appliances use. You can borrow the meters, free of charge, from any public library.

The meter allows you to monitor how much energy the appliances in your home use over a period of time. You can use that information to identify ways to use less energy.

All you need is an NB public library card (available for free at your public library). To get a library card, click here.
