Prior to an employee or contractor going inside your home or business, health screening will take place. Results of screening will determine if the appointment will proceed and the type of protective equipment to be used. We appreciate our customers’ patience and flexibility as we navigate the impacts of COVID-19 together.

In the Community

The team at NB Power is made up of over 2,300 New Brunswickers who live and work in various communities throughout the province. We are extremely proud of the relationships that our employees have built in their communities and are proud to know they are helping to make their community better every day.

We could not survive without the support of the communities in which we operate. We rely on those communities for feedback on how we are doing and how we could do it better. One of the key ways we do this is through the Community Liaison groups that have been established throughout the province. These groups meet regularly and have NB Power employees on their committees to ensure the community's needs are being looked after.

Community is about being involved, being a friend and a neighbour by sharing information and working together. That's the formula that works for us at NB Power, because we’re all New Brunswickers too.
