Storm Update: Our teams are working hard to restore power to customers who are without electricity.

The scale of damage is affecting our restoration progress and we are updating estimated times of restoration (ETRs) as more information becomes available. We encourage you to keep checking the website. ETRs tell you when restoration for the region is expected to be completed and are subject to change.

Please continue to report outages at www.nbpower.com/reportoutage.
