Results of screening will determine if the appointment will proceed and the type of protective equipment to be used. To avoid disconnection for non-payment, we ask customers to stay current on their monthly bill, make regular progress on any arrears, and maintain communication with NB Power.

Our customer service team will work with you to help determine the best payment solutions for your situation. It’s our goal to help you avoid falling any further behind.

If you agree to a payment arrangement with NB Power, we will design a plan for you based on your needs and the information you have given us.

Our goal is to avoid the need to disconnect service to our customers, especially during the winter months. From November 1 to the end of April, we consider the impact of colder weather on heating and the impact this can have on bills. It is very important for customers who are struggling at this time of the year to maintain contact with us in order to avoid disruption in service.
