Results of screening will determine if the appointment will proceed and the type of protective equipment to be used. Street Light Outages

If there is a street light that has burnt out in your neighbourhood, we would like to know about it so we can have it replaced or repaired. Please report this problem using this online form. If you see any power lines down or something about a pole or line that doesn't look right, please call us as soon as possible. Our customer service number is 1 800 663-6272. Please remember, if wires or poles are down, stay at least 25 feet away from them as they can be very dangerous.
