Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of paperless billing are:
- The bill that is displayed on your online account replaces the paper bill that is sent monthly by mail. You will no longer receive a paper bill each month in the mail.
- NB Power will send you an e-mail notification when a new bill is ready. The e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided to NB Power. If you do not receive an e-mail notification for your bill for any reason, including the fault of NB Power or your own, you are still responsible for making payments on your account by the due date as specified by NB Power.
- You have read the Key Conditions of Service which still apply and you understand and accept them.
- You can unsubscribe from paperless billing if you want by visiting Paperless Billing or by calling Customer Service at 1 888 544-2333.
