Prior to an employee or contractor going inside your home or business, health screening will take place. Results of screening will determine if the appointment will proceed and the type of protective equipment to be used. We appreciate our customers’ patience and flexibility as we navigate the impacts of COVID-19 together.

Having Trouble Paying Your Bill?

We understand there are many reasons why you may not be able to pay your bill on time. We want to help.

Our customer service team is happy to work with you to help you take control of your electricity bill. We’ll review your account and ask lots of questions to help create the best payment plan for you.

If you are experiencing financial hardship we encourage you to contact the Government of New Brunswick's Department of Social Development, to see if you may be eligible for government financial assistance.
