New Brunswickers can once again benefit from our residential, commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Our community outreach program remains on hold. We’ll continue to do our part to contain the spread of COVID-19 by respecting physical distancing and safety protocols.  

Having Trouble Paying Your Bill?

We understand there are many reasons why you may not be able to pay your bill on time. We want to help.

Our customer service team is happy to work with you to help you take control of your electricity bill. We’ll review your account and ask lots of questions to help create the best payment plan for you. If you are experiencing financial hardship we encourage you to contact the Government of New Brunswick's Department of Social Development, to see if you may be eligible for government financial assistance.

You can also make a payment arrangement online by signing into your NB Power online account and selecting Create a Payment Arrangement
